Dr. Ford a Pittsburgh obstetrician/gynecologist is one of two cofounders of WHM. His Wife Karen Ford was the administrator of the Corporation for several years. Dr. and Mrs. Ford planned and organized all aspects of each trip, from recruiting team members, to collecting, packing and shipping the cargo, as well as handling the governmental paperwork and travel arrangements. For many years, they paid all necessary expenses in excess of donations.

Dr. Sangodeyi is a highly respected Pittsburgh based surgeon and cofounder of WHM. Dr. Sangodeyi owns his own private clinic, Sangodeyi Surgical Clinic, and also works in several leadership capacities in various local hospitals. Dr. Sangodeyi’s passion for WHM is born out of his desire to give back to his homeland Nigeria. Under his leadership, a new executive board has been constituted to steer the affairs of WHM. He received his Medical Degree at the University of Ibadan in Nigeria and completed his residency and fellowship training at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh and Children Hospital in Denver respectively.

Sola is the Founder and President of Oxbridge Development Corporation, a real estate development firm based out of Pittsburgh. Sola provides the logistical and operational oversight for WHM. He has B.Sc. and M.Sc. In Mechanical Engineering from University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University respectively. He also has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Sola’s experience includes engineering of nuclear power plants in the US, and several other countries. Sola sees participation in WHM as an opportunity to lend a helping hand to his fellow Nigerians in need as well as other nationals that may need WHM assistance.

Dr. Soga Ewedemi, M.A. and Ph.D., Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, is Professor of Finance at Clarion University of Pennsylvania in Clarion, and was formerly the MBA Director. He obtained his B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Georgia State University. He teaches primarily in the area of Corporate Finance and Insurance. A former Fulbright Senior Teaching and Research Fellow to Bahrain, Professor Ewedemi has been a Foreign Visiting Professor to the Institute of International Business Education, MIET University, Zelenograd, Russia since 1999.

Doctor Berkowitz is an accomplished dentist and an officer of the United States Army. She earned both her B.S. and DMD degrees at the University of Pittsburgh. She specializes in Homebound Dentistry for the Geriatric population and handicapped children. She also performs surgery at the Allegheny County Jail. Dr. Berkowitz has 34 years of services in the United States Army Reserves, in which period she has been deployed to Iraq and Kosovo. She has done extensive volunteer work in Ukraine and Israel with Jewish Organizations, and Surname, Paraguay, Equador and Peru with the Army. She loves to for pleasure, and her favorite place to relax at the beach is Aruba, and for culture is Vienna.
